Orders delivered within the UK will take 1-3 working days to arrive for non-personalised orders. For personalised orders, please allow an additional 2 working days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and more information can be found in the delivery information.
We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries along with some local couriers. International orders are shipped with DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Please contact Customer Services for further tracking information.
Unfortunately, you cannot specify a delivery day. However, we aim to provide you with regular updates throughout the shipment process and you will be provided with a tracking number.

We aim to process your return as soon as possible after receipt, usually within 48 hours. Once the refund has been completed, it can take up to 14 days for your card provider to return the funds to your account. For further assistance, please contact Customer Services.
All small leather products such as wallets, folios and cases can be personalised for corporate orders. Unfortunately, large leathers like bags cannot. Contact us if you would like your product personalised.

Immediately blot the wet area with a soft, absorbent cloth and leave to dry naturally. Do not heat to dry the product, as this will damage the leather.
Once the leather is completely dry, apply leather gel to restore it back to original condition. View more on our care page.
Cleaning - We recommend cleaning the exterior of your leather product with a soft cloth and warm, mild soapy water. Ensure the cloth is thoroughly wrung out, so it is only slightly damp. Then repeat with water and leave to dry in a cool dark place. Finish by applying leather gel to protect the leather.
Storage - Keep in a dust bag within a cool dark, dry place, such as a wardrobe.
Care - Do not leave your leather products in direct sunlight or near a heat source, this will discolour and permanently damage them. Follow the cleaning instructions above when dirty and apply leather gel when needed to keep the leather healthy.
